Including "direct scheduling" for allowing clients to schedule onto a therapist's calendar, external calendar syncing with Google/iCloud/Outlook, reworking the clients listing for therapists, and implementing preferred first names for clients and therapists on almost every page across both user portals and in the copy of dozens of emails.- Resolved large swaths of technical debt with minimal disruption to other engineering projects or production stability: removing parts of the product that had been deprecated, upgrading API endpoints to a newer format, implementing enforced Ruby linting in CI, converting our CoffeeScript codebase to JS, adding unit tests on older functionality with RSpec, and merging duplicate representations of our user models.
