• As a part of the Ethical Hacking team at the Cyber and Fraud Centre - Scotland, I performed vulnerability assessments and facilitated cyber security workshops for SMBs & charities all across Scotland.

• Every day, the Watchtower team researches data breaches involving the leakage of password data.• When a data breach is sourced and confirmed, it is our responsibility to add it to 1Password's Watchtower database.• Then, the information about these breaches is utilized to alert everyday customers about the incident. This allows them to easily generate, set, and save a new password, all using 1Password.

• After the first few months at 1Password, I began to specialize & joined the Customer Security team.• As a part of the team, I am responsible for responding to customers who have inquiries concerning the security of their account and/or 1Password as a whole.

• Learned the basics of Cerb, the ticketing software 1Password uses to provide customer support.• Received feedback on my initial replies as training, applying it to make them consistently better.• Adapted my in-person customer service style to written form.• Began to integrate with 1Password's company culture, learnt the basics of Slack as a first-time remote worker, and got to know my coworkers.
