Specifically, I collaborated closely with apartment management teams and residents to educate and guide them in integrating with the Smart Home ecosystem.My experience working with IoT has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how technology can be leveraged to improve business operations and customer experiences.In addition, I have honed my customer support skills through my experience working in various technical support roles.
