- Manage, evolve and expand the Fairtrade transaction reporting service portfolio - Ensure proper system documentation for the transaction reporting scheme - Manage and ensure quality of the transactional data sets- Manage (internal/external) demand for involvement in project work, advisory, support in further data exploration or additional data deliveries- Resource planning and staffing

- Be the single-point certification expert for National Fairtrade Organisations and manage the Stakeholder service desk team- Assist in relationship building/crisis communication- Manage projects of strategic importance within OPS - Planning and control of deliveries within OPS - Data quality and reporting for Fairtrade related figures- Overview and steer Intact data cleaning requests globally

- Design and improve procedures for assurance schemes - Implement and update the relevant scheme documents- Manage implementation of standards in the assurance scheme processes and tools- Manage cross-departmental projects within ASM - Act as primary contact person for certain topics (e.g. FT standard for Small-scale Producer Organisations, Certification Work Instruction)- Manage the scheme for Social Audits.- Manage the scheme for the Textile and Gold Standard.

Latin America team, responsable for Mexico, Ecuador and Peru- Coordination of Fairtrade audits - Evaluation of Fairtrade audit reports - Auditor liaison and support - Contact person for Fairtrade certified customers- Organisation and implementation of customer workshops in Peru and Mexico- Chair woman of FLOCERT´s Works Council
