Managing all accounting from compnay wide to project specifics, customer and supplier faced. Ongoing profitability analysis of the company together with a close eye on the balance sheet and income statement. Closing the books on a monthly basis with accruals of all relevant costs and income. Doing payroll and all reporting to relevant authorities, for example Skatteverket. Improving processes related to financals in terms of projects, administration and payroll.

Draws designs with various types of conveyors and aluminum profiles in CAD and helps customers find the optimal solution for them.

Responsible for purchasing in one of two business areas and purchasing of all everyday consumables. Daily contact with German, French and Swedish suppliers. Responsible for inventory management of the main warehouse as a subsidiary in Denmark, Finland and Norway since ordering from. In a small company, other parts of the work were included where I also acted as a product specialist on conveyor belts and pallet conveyors with various solution options.

A broad role where I took incoming calls to the switchboard on a daily basis, had support calls with customers and managed production planning. Customer contact involved, among other things, coming up with solution proposals with accompanying 3D drawings and quotes to the customer's stand or protection.I was also partially responsible for a project regarding a large investment in a new automated milling and cutting machine, where my task was to test and develop the software used between the machine and the CAD program. This required me to have a very good understanding of how the machine and its software work, as well as maintaining a good dialogue with external programmers. I was also responsible for training the software for other constructors in the company.

Worked with cutting/processing of aluminum profiles and assembly, employed on a part-time basis during holidays and extended leaves.
