Als procesbegeleider faciliteer ik de samenwerking en synergie tussen 23 Wageningse organisaties – en meer- die het samenwerkingsverband Welsaam vormen. Welsaam zet zich preventief in voor het welzijn van alle inwoners van Wageningen, voor een sociale en gezonde stad.

As a volunteer, I mediate in conflicts between neighbours in my home community Wageningen.

I support people in our network organisation to work together, especially through monitoring, evaluation and learning processes as well as developing smooth systems. Current focus within M&E is on outcome harvesting.

I trained and supervised Malian junior researchers in gender issues, did an inventory and analysis of women in development approaches in development actors in Mali and participated in an evaluation. Clients included SNV, the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) in the Netherlands and the Field Inspection Unit (IOB) of Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs
