As a Member Systems Specialist at CCA Global Partners, I support Product Gateway, a software-as-a-service platform that connects members with suppliers and products. I use my skills in SQL, CRM platforms, user acceptance testing, and systems documentation to troubleshoot issues, provide training, and ensure client satisfaction.I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where I deepen my knowledge of behavioral psychology, business ethics, leadership theories, and more. My goal is to enhance my ability to lead and guide people to success across different industries and contexts.My interests are technology and people, and I served in the United States Army Reserves as a cryptologic linguist for six years. I graduated from the Defense Language Institute with an associate's degree in Mandarin Chinese, which I still speak. I also have experience in logistics coordination, ArcGIS products, and various programming languages, which I continue to learn and improve.Throughout my career I have learned and become certified in new and exciting technologies, developed training material for software, conducted in-person and live virtual training classes for clients, served as a hiring manager for my department, and many more things that make me a perfect fit for any company who likes motivated learners and self-starters.Outside of my professional career I am an avid hiker, baker, and general nature enthusiast.
