I'm passionate about language, self-expression, coaching, mentoring, leadership, and education. I am a member of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) and I bring the wisdom of professional and personal experience and academic rigour to my work. I have travelled widely and lectured, taught and trained internationally. I also facilitate personal development workshops and regular men’s groups. I offer coaching and mentoring for businesses and individuals, based on the core values of integrity, accountability and openness. As part of my Masters' degree in Educational Leadership (Merit) from the University of Gloucestershire I further studied Advanced Practice in Coaching and Mentoring, and completed my dissertation on Leadership Development (Distinction). I am Youth Mental Health First Aid, Safer Recruitment, and GDPR trained. I am also a qualified Massage Therapist, and speak French fluently and Spanish competently.
