I worked in tandem with a team of four other Solicitors in relation to a specific list of debtors and objectives for each and every one of them. The end of this secondment coincided with the special liquidation of the Bank.

I worked as a Legal Executive for 6 months in the Commercial Property department which entailed scheduling title documents, carrying out PRA registrations, drafting letters, and creating different internal Registers (Deeds/Wills/Udertakings.)I also spent 6 months as a Company Secretarial Assistant. My tasks included arranging Board meetings, preparing board packs for meetings, drafting agendas, filing documents in the CRO and updating the various Registers.
