The majority of my workplaces have been in areas that I am passionate about such as engineering and people management as well as being outdoors, attempting to do not only what is required of me but what is required to aid customers and passengers enjoy and gain something from their experience with me.I often attempt to seek further knowledge on tasks that are not required of me but i have a general interest in. Especially in terms of engineering, shown by my effort to gain knowledge about aircraft systems in my flight training by spending time with the engineers as they worked on aircraft as well as working on my own car. Also in my training as a pilot I have attempted to test myself and gain knowledge by travelling around Australia to experience different weather, terrains and airport managements as opposed to staying with what I know in local areas. This required a vast amount of planning and preparation for flying as well as the logistical issues like fuelling, accomodation and safety equipment for remote areas, something which has served me well in my current job.My current job has lended me a wealth of knowledge with a long time charter operator in this region expanding of my weather knowledge and operation procedures, as well as emphasing safety and passenger management.
