First point of contact for the TrustFord Mobile Mechanic team for parts ensuring they have what they need and are updated on all orders.Correctly and swiftly identify car parts & components for customers ranging from a simple oil filter to a more complex and harder to identify part. Always making sure the customer is looked after ie keeping them in the loop when it comes to parts availability and making sure they are updated accordingly on their orders.Promoting the full range of parts, consumables & oil we offer and using discounts, special offers and sales campaigns to my advantage to generate sales. Building relationships with garage owners and knowing what they need for their business when it comes to parts.
