Implemented a clear framework for effecting judicial appointments in Northern Ireland, and developed a Judicial Shadowing Scheme and an Outreach and Communications Strategy to encourage more applications to judicial office from under-represented groups. As a result the gender profile of judicial officers in Northern Ireland increased from 5% to 14% in 5 years.Also led on Northern Ireland’s first Judicial Flexible Working Policy and a separate Professional Mentoring and Development Policy.
