Developed a wide range of positive action measures, working closely with colleagues from the Department of Justice (DOJ), OFMDFM and the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS) in developing a new Policy for Judicial Succession Planning in Northern Ireland. Implemented a clear framework for effecting judicial appointments in Northern Ireland, and developed a Judicial Shadowing Scheme and an Outreach and Communications Strategy to encourage more applications to judicial office from under-represented groups.
