As a Student Support officer at Christian Brothers college I was required to supervise ACC inter-school sport excursions, hold sports and swimming classes for student’s years 7-12. In addition, I was required to manage the administrative tasks of the sports faculty, including filing paper work, equipment auditing and venue bookings.

As a Customer Service Officer at Melbourne Museum, I conducted front of house operations including, cash handling, selling tickets, answering calls, responding to inquiries and providing information. In addition, I worked on the floor throughout the Museums exhibitions, providing customers with guidance, information, conflict resolution and tailored assistance.
