Conor is an experienced Manager within the HR Transformation team in Deloitte. He is a highly driven and dedicated management consultant, having developed solutions on a number of large transformations over the last 9+ years. Conor has a passion for designing the best employee and user experience possible with the use of technology. He brings a wealth of experience in designing organisation structures and business process re-design, alongside system implementations. Conor has held numerous roles as a Functional Lead specialising in process and employee journeys underpinned by SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD, additionally leading into AMS management roles. Additionally, Conor has experience as an engagement manager to facilitate the delivery of additional functionality for clients across multiple functions.Conor enjoys helping out Young Enterprise NI with different events each year and is passionate about helping the young people across N.I. develop skills through the various programmes being run.
