- Manage the supply chain relationship for 2 of Danone’s biggest UK customers (Tesco and Asda). Responsible for building the supply chain account strategy, including E2E optimisation, project implementation, collaborative forecasting, and performance management (CSL, availability and waste). - The Tesco Supply Chain Partnership Manager works across the two businesses, allowing full access to Tesco’s network and systems to accelerate collaborative opportunities to unlock efficiencies for both the retailer and the supplier. - Optimised pallet rounding process with Tesco delivering significant annual savings for both businesses without impacting in-store KPIs.

- Directly accountable for all ordering, inventory, waste and availability of all perishables through our entire network. - Responsible for ensuring annual ingredient spend stays within budget. - Work collaboratively with suppliers and 3rd party providers to deliver the KPI’s that I own; inventory, waste, availability and quality. - Set up an inventory management process that improved visibility around current stock holdings to encorportate into our normal ordering cycle and reduce ambient orders from suppliers. - Manage, coach and develop a team of 3 to deliver against our targets and their personal career ambitions.

- Account management role working with various delivery partners to ensure we are staying ahead of the market in offering a flawless final mile customer experience. - Successfully set up long term SLA contracts as well as offboardng poor performing partners while continually improving the customer experience. Managed the transition from 6 different service providers to 3 which saw an improved error rate of 65%. - Accountable for the long term logistics strategy and identifying improvement opportunities as well as weekly financial reporting against quarterly budgets and forecasts. Actively contribute to the Function’s strategy, setting objectives for the team and aligning with other functions.- Set up accurate weekly performance reporting to 3PLs and hauliers, proactively working with all parties to improve service by highlighting trends in errors. Spent the first 6 months as an eCommerce Coordinator on the Harvey Nichols contract managing over 30 people in peak periods. Ensured the smooth operation of online orders as well as customer returns making sure all KPIs were maintained as well as never falling out of the customer delivery promise. Was part of the team involved in setting up the operational aspects of Harvey Nichols' international expansion allowing customers outside of the UK to order products online.Was made a team leader for a small art supplies contract (Cass Art) and all aspects of eCommerce stock management including deliveries and returns and ensuring that optimum use is made of inventory. Implemented a novel way to identify faulty items and present for discounted sale. I managed a team of five and ensured that they worked to their best capacity and capability. Became a Supervisor for the Mint Velvet contact where I was responsible for a team of up to 18 people working on the eCommerce section responsible for achieving all KPIs. Developed an understanding of the wholesale operation.

I spent the summer working in the marketing and sales department for DuPont, an American multinational with their European Headquarters in Geneva. I developed an understanding of what is required when working in an international organisation. My work involved revising sales training role-plays for the Sales Training Academy.
