In my final year in university I, along with 4 of my classmates, developed a new business idea, WhyBuy.ie. We completed a concept paper, conducted feasibility report and developed a marketing campaign for our idea during this period and since then we have completed a fully developed business plan (with the Enterprise Ireland template). We are currently in the process of seeking funding to develop this idea further into a fully grown business.WhyBuy.ie is a short term rental website for second hand sporting goods.As part of our project we participated in a presentation workshop run by Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the year team and Morgan Browne CEO of Milner Browne. We were chosen on the day as the winners and were invited to attend the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards.

This experience greatly helped me in my career and in my education.
