I manage all technological and cybersecurity endeavors for this company and all 5 sister companies in their office. Supporting many different types of infrastructure both cloud and on premise solutions. I support all of their user base which was both onsite and remote. Some tasks include: resolving all tiers of support tickets, managing multiple local Active Directory domains, Hybrid Azure AD environments, managing company and device policies / configuration profiles, managing of multiple email services across multiple companies, configuring VLANs, maintaining a PCI compliant network, configuring company firewall, device hardware module level repairs, and managing company licenses with financial reporting.

Deploying payment devices to TouchSuite’s Merchants.Deploying merchant gateway accounts.Troubleshooting existing payment devices at merchant locations.Maintaining equipment inventory.Onboarding/Staging new payment platforms/solutions.

Working off of a queue to repair computers and make sure the oldest ones get taken care of first.Diagnosing what is causing the hardware or software problem the client checked in the device for.Maintaining communication with the client to keep them up to date with the repair status and to make sure the repair is covering all of the issues they were experiencing.Setting up new PC builds that the client wants us to put together for them and new desktops or laptops clients buy in store.

Working with customers to find out what they want the technology to do for them and figuring out which products will best suit their needs.Making sure I retain updated knowledge on smart home and networking devices.Occasionally helping customers purchase new phones and activating them with their carriers.
