These same methods were also used to identify other possible outlets for inhibition. • Utilizing Molecular Modeling software (Schrodinger) to conduct simulations to support claims metal ion involvement in the catalytic mechanisms of Lysyl Oxidase. The software utilized includes energy minimization in vacuum and in solvent, molecular dynamic calculations as well as docking techniques.
