Currently 2 years into this role and year 1 was spent focused on people and process improvements with employee climate survey results as low as 40% we had a huge need to address the issues for the teams & improved to well above 80% after year 1 with a further improvement this year in the high 80’s.Productivity and efficiency gains have been achieved through automation of processes including RPA and Microsoft flows solutions as well as basic excel improvements. With no visibility over the key KPI’s we created a one page dashboard with all key metrics for transparency. Refined task assignments to match skills & proficiency of the team as well as introducing a key analytics role.Implementing Amazon connect in Q4 with focus on AI data and analytics to support the business with key insights into customer sentiment and full transparency of the experience with us.The credit team has excelled to become a high performing team reducing overdue % since 2021 by over 50%. Our payments platform assisted to reduce inbound calls by 50% and allow for a much smoother experience for our customers. In 2023 we have won a global award for the implementation and effectiveness of this platform. Our next phase will reimagine how we do everything to provide the greatest order to cash cycle and business analytics into the future.

Managed the Supply Chain function of our Salon division. Worked closely together with our finance, commercial and marketing and DC colleagues to optimise our monthly S&OP process and ensure consistently high FCA and service levels while managing inventory value and days in line with our global strategies. Service level was consistently at 98% and above with FCA 70-75%.

Working on key transformation and logistics projects. Recently completed an implementation of an Automation system in our Dandenong Warehouse.

Managing the National Distribution Centre supplying to all states of Australia, overseeing inbound (from Europe, US & Asia) & outbound transport locally. L'Oreal is a very dynamic company so there are always many interesting projects to manage to optimise our solutions / costs. My last major project was project managing the design & build of our new DC in Dandenong South as well as stock and people migration which we completed without any business disruption & under budget.

Head Office & field responsibility to analyse & assist DC's in the large network with planning tools, finding key information at each DC for improvement opportunities, supporting the network at head office level.

Extremely busy dayshift operation in one of the largest Coles DC's at the time. My role was to roster the 180 staff, ensure cross training to avoid gaps, control the labour flow throughout the day to reach productivity targets, ensure compliance with OH&S, Audit, Performance targets etc. Eventual planning role in the closure & run-down and ramp up at the future 3PL.
