As an Agency Development Manager for Google UKI, my role is to develop a portfolio of 60+ digital agencies with the goal of growing both them and their clients by maximising the return on their AdWords campaigns. Alongside strong diary management to ensure regular contact with my agencies, highlights of my role are:- Developing individual growth strategies for the next 6-12 months with both Managing Directors and C Level agency contacts.- Creating and delivering client pitches with agency sales teams to help them win the business by presenting the client with a full spec media plan and highlighting potential returns on their investment.- Presenting and keynote speaking at industry events on subjects related to digital marketing and Google AdWords.- Managing a combined new and existing Google advertising spend of c.£5m per quarter across the 60+ agencies in my portfolio.- Achieving and exceeding a new acquisition growth target of c.£400k AdWords spend per quarter across my portfolio.- Providing sales and product training to my agencies to keep them up to speed with all AdWords advancements.- Highlight industry and product changes to external stakeholders to help them and their clients meet their individual goals.- Holding quarterly business reviews with my agencies to analyse their performance and potential for growth for the upcoming period, including developing and amending joint strategies to meet their goals.Fully qualified in Google AdWords & Analytics.
