This included leading a small internal team of brand managers; organizing across cross-functional partners including media, digital, retail, and innovation; and managing large agency relationships with Wieden Kennedy, Weber Shandwick, Draftline (internal) and others. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:✔ Launched Bud Light Seltzer Lemonade with 2021 Super Bowl campaign, which included the #2 Super Bowl ad (ranking by USA Today) along with a live look-in of Dude with Sign during the broadcast. Achieved highest single week of Bud Light Seltzer performance during the Super Bowl thanks to a first-of-its-kind e-commerce integration with Drizly. ✔ Launched two seasonals to follow the Ugly Sweater pack success of 2020: the Out-of-Office pack in the spring and the Retro Summer pack in the summer. These two seasonals delivered the majority of Bud Light Seltzer growth.✔ Delivered above norm ACE scores on every piece of Bud Light Seltzer TVC creative produced.✔ Guided Bud Light Seltzer to double digit growth in its second year post-launch.
