Skills and Responsibilities:1. Development, maintenance, enhancement and deployment of multiple email reports for use of the Release Engineering team using SQL Developer, reports include displaying certain translation kits in certain status’s and different types of Q&A tickets depending on which product owners are logging them. 2. Keeping an email report on translation drop issues clean, by fixing the issues presented.3. Ensuring the smooth process of automated translation by checking the translations progress and closing tickets when necessary.4. Developing a Jenkins job that sends email alerts to display that certain kits need fixing, as they have been running too long and are holding up the process. 5. Knowing and understanding the end-to-end workflow of the IPS section of Oracle, troubleshooting any irregularities in the workflow, logging bugs/enhancements to enhance the process and triaging bugs within the process.
