Working as a Project Manager/Mechanical Design Engineer of custom built automated machines for different industries (mostly medical device industry). I have been involved in all stages of various projects which includes:- Working closely with customers to develop conceptual designs.- Developing these designs using Solidworks and sending them to manufacture.- Managing the project through manufacture, assembly, testing and installation at customer sites.- Producing documentation (CE certification, GAMP5, Equipment manuals etc.)

Assisted in the validation of an automated printing line including MSA (Measurement System Analysis), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification). Worked successfully in a team including process engineers, quality engineers, team leaders, operators, technicians and specialists to resolve any problems that arose when setting up a new automated line. Undertook different responsibilities including setting up a label vision system for new components.
