I've recently joined the Irish Rail team as an engineering graduate. I will be part of the SET department over the course of the graduate program. I completed an induction program into Irish Rail during the first two weeks of October 2020. During the program I will be gaining experience in each of the three departments of SET, which are, Signaling, Electrification & Telecommunications.

For Pomerleau's second project we we're drilling 150 meters down, therefore, in Canada you need mine emergency rescue team and I was chosen out of the Pomerleau empolyees to be on this team. In this role I’ve been able to increase my practical knowledge, as I’ve been helping to install different types of roof and siding on houses. My main responsibility in Glen Dimplex was to keep the two turret machines running, this meant working at a quick pace, so the parts could be produced as efficiently as possible.
