Planning and implementing a 5 year refurbishment project, delivering to quality, cost and schedulePerformance managing and coaching the team, ensuring key contract SLAs are consistently met and that service delivery is consistent across the Northern Ireland region.Establishing and implementing continuous improvement techniques to effectively increase engineer utilisation and productivity, amalgamating different teams into one efficient and affective team to transform service delivery to our main client Royal Mail. Monitoring and reviewing progress, making changes as required and developing recovery schedules and contingency plans to achieve objectives.
