I am a key member of the Regional Leadership Team responsible for supporting the Regional Management team to successfully implement and deliver top class services/products in Northern Ireland. I have responsibility for the delivery of the products business and organisational performance within 14 centres in Northern Ireland, safeguarding that the GLL brands and business themes are delivered. As a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, I work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, Comms Manager and Corporate support teams. I support General Managers and local product support roles to deliver GLL products in line with strategic plans including: new product implementation programmes; meeting sales and financial targets; meeting quality standards; and also ensuring a positive relationship with the organisation’s business and community partners. I am responsible for leading and inspiring managers in the centres to achieve high levels of success and will ensure company values, culture, business objectives, policies and procedures are effectively implemented.As Regional Product Manager in Northern Ireland my primary focus is in all areas of Health and Fitness including Group Exercise, Aquatics, Lessons and courses. I am working closely on the implementation of new products and services as part of the exciting £105m Leisure Transformation Project in Belfast.

Programming: recreation, physical activity and wellbeing programming: I deliver a balanced programme of recreational and community sport within Queen's University including our Splash 'N' Swim programme, Children's Programme and Group Exercise Class and Course programmeFinance: Plan and manage income and expenditure in relation to fitness services within Queen's SportDevelop and deliver a quality recreational activity programme which widens member, student andstaff participation and access to enjoyable physical activity opportunitiesPeople Management: provide strong leadership to internal and external staff ensuring that staff are adequately equipped with knowledge and skills required to deliver a positive experience to all members Retention and Sales: I continue to develop and deliver a commercial strategy to ensure challenging income targets are achievedOperations and Health & Safety: effective planning and organising of all aspects within health and fitness, including fitness areas, free weights, classes, courses, climbing wall and pool areasOrganise the management and deployment of fitness staff and other resources to develop avibrant fitness environment that encourages regular usage and helps membersMonitor management information including budgets, accounts and user statisticsHealth and Wellbeing: promote sport and physical activity as a means to enhancing the health and wellbeing of students, staff and local communityI am a member of the Student Sport Ireland Physical Activity for Health & Wellbeing Committee
