Duties included: Continuous improvement of applications including some major enhancements, regular patching, migrating legacy applications to Azure. Performance tuning for C#, PLSQL, and K8s was a regular requirement. Over the last 18 months WinForms Blotters were being replaced with Web Blotters. As the team lost staff to those projects, BAU was left in my safe hands.

Originally a 4 month contract, this role involved working in a team of specialists on-site at the Scottish Public Pensions Agency on an implementation team tasked with replacing the main business critical pensions management system for all NHS, teachers, police and fire staff in Scotland. My role was to build the ETL Data Migration Framework & SSRS Integration.
