As the Founder and Head Coach of CMK Football Academy in Belfast, I established a community-focused football academy dedicated to keeping young players engaged and off the streets through affordable, high-quality coaching. I design and deliver structured programs for children aged 5 to 18, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. My role includes offering tailored 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions, managing all aspects of the academy’s operations—such as program development, marketing, and community outreach—and fostering strong relationships with parents and local organisations to ensure lasting support and engagement.

As a football coach at CJ Coaching, I work with kids aged 5 to U18, helping them develop their skills and passion for the game. I plan fun and challenging sessions that focus on everything from technique and tactics to fitness. My aim is to create a positive, supportive environment where players can build confidence, learn teamwork, and push themselves to improve.
