The CLT is an alternative college entrance exam geared towards enhancing the accuracy and quality of matching students and colleges that are focused more on classic learning and philosophy. Key responsibilities include:- Establish the product strategy and maintain the product roadmap and priorities- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure the growth of the product- Implement all software enhancements including the infrastructure and architecture

The Manager of Business Analysis will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to a team of Business Analysts who serve as Product Owners on software development teams in an agile environment. They will work closely with Lead Business Analysts to coach and mentor members of the team, as well as analyze and drive process improvements and efficiency. They handle all typical management duties including but not limited to employee performance reviews, interviewing, hiring, and paid time off management.

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, I am responsible for gathering requirements for new features or change requests and analyzing our Education Management System to determining what needs to be developed to implement them.
