Initially I was a network field engineer for MCS Computers. This involved installing Networks and maintaining PC, printers etc for clients all over the country. I was then moved to Junior software developer using Cobol\NetExpress as the main development tool. After 5 years I was moved to a Senior Software engineer. This is when I started project management and liasoning with customer and bringing their ideas to a reality. At the end of 2004 I was made a director of MCS Computers. Since then I have changed our development platform to VB .Net and ASPX and SQL Server. We also do web development. Another area I have a keen interest in is Business Intelligence. I spend alot of time learning and using Qlikview. This is one of the most enjoyable products I have every worked with. When the customers get there hands on the final document they can't get enough of it.

Developing CBT software for different elements of the Oil rings that were used to train the engineers before using the equipment on the oil rigs. This development was done in Visual Basic. The company had about 25 employees that were officed based and I was supporting the internal network.
