Managing teams of event professionals in 3 locations across EMEA and 2 locations in APAC delivering cutting edge experiential events in multimedia studios

• Production of a wide range of events from planning stage through to live event delivery and post-event account closure including financial completion• Liaising directly between clients, technical team and other operational teams in both the pre-planning and event delivery stages• Identifying opportunities for upsell of additional services and equipment to maximise event profits• Managing technical costs of allocated events, forecasting income from equipment rental and reporting on actual income from events• Accurately recording and disseminating event information through Event Business Management System software • Sign off on design plans using Autodesk/AutoCAD DWG True View and Auto Sketch software• Collating and completing relevant Health and Safety information (Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, Dublin City Council compliance for temporary demountable structures and Fire Safety regulations)• Managing contractual technical staff onsite• Day-to-day management of a team of four technicians including developing technical skills

• Design of audio systems (D&B amplifier and speaker systems) for high-end conferences and events • Management of audio feeds both internally and externally for TV and radio outside broadcast units and radio frequency license control • Managing team of two sound technicians• Stock control and equipment maintenance including dealing with contracted repair and maintenance companies

• Installation and operation of Audio-visual Equipment on live events• Location recce and pre-production of upcoming events• Onsite Client liaison and show production

• Preparation, rigging and operating P.A. and Projection systems for conferences and live events.• The daily management of the delivery, set up and collection of dry hire equipment• On site production and show director for conference and events.
