I am a Digital Information Systems leader with over 10 years’ experience providing technical and managerial oversight across all aspects of the Software Delivery Lifecycle. I have a breadth of experience in all aspects of agile software delivery and have fulfilled numerous roles throughout my career in senior IT roles, as Head of Data and GIS, Enterprise Architect and Senior Application Architect. I also have practical experience as a Technical Lead, Scrum Master and Delivery Manager. Consequently, I have broad skills comprising both detailed technical knowledge of software development as well as a proven track record of leadership, including setting strategy, defining policy and process, authoring technical roadmaps, priority planning and leading multi-site Agile teams to the successful and timely delivery of enterprise level IT projects. I have had responsibility for the detailed design, development, deployment and support of bespoke web-based applications; ensuring the highest standards in performance, usability and security. I have also been responsible for identifying opportunities, migration planning, strategic road mapping and solution delivery in line with business objectives and mission.
