I am currently a site manager working for a property developer who has $900million worth of property in their portfolio. My current site is an $8million dollar, 32 room hotel renovation which i have had completely stripped out, I am in the final stages of building an extension at the rear of this building which will hold another 4 bedrooms. Within this company, I, along with one other site manager completed the demolition phase and partial build of an asset which was procured for $68million dollars on the front of bondi beach. I have also completed the renovation of a $7million pub in the CBD in sydney.

My Job here was to price jobs and to strategically plan safe, cost-efficient & time efficient demolition. I undertook structural demolition work including needling & propping etc, we also completed large scale strip outs in high rise office buildings where frequently we had 20+ labourers on site.
