Responsible for defining new omni-channel customer journeys led by online banking, mobile and tablet, including management of roadmap and strategy, to increase NPS, drive out cost and increase cross sales and adoption.

Led the Digital Channel development team for Ulster Bank, leading and shaping strategy and developments to meet customer and business needs.Responsible for the Omni Channel Strategy and adoption, prioritisation and co-ordination of a diverse range of projects/developments within Digital channels, business risk management within appetites.

Responsible for development, solution design and implementation of business improvements & marketing strategies (including campaign management), to drive set change objectives in channel adoption, direct sales and transaction migration.Additional responsibilities included data analysis & problem management, including reporting to Senior Executive.
