Headed up and implemented teamwear department across the EPS business. - Brought in processes and structure to form completely new department of the business.- Grew a customer base from £0 - £850K within the initial 10 month period. - Implemented procedures for dealing with an advanced supply chain- Created complete new product range and pricing structure that covered a range of sports (Rugby, Football, Hockey, Netball, basketball) including off field training and leisure garments.- Developed a robust 'go to market' teamwear strategy.

Managing a national set of accounts in the DTC, wholesale, stockist and reseller market. Working with the Canterbury, Speedo,Berghaus and Mitre brands.

- Responsible for growth of the Dreamsport LTD Brands (Under Armour,PlayerLayer, New Era Headwear, Mylo Kyn and UNIFFORM) throughout the North of England and Scotland.- Managing current accounts, developing long-standing relationships, and looking for growth within current accounts.- Active business development through out my territory
