-Develop, review, manage and evaluate army training courses.-Course building using the ADF's Learning Management System.-Provide guidance and advice for the delivery of training by instructors.-Project: Involved in the project to overhaul the training courses delivered by the Australian army.-Unit point of contact for all educational technology and course development questions.-Training in Course Design, Development, Evaluation & Analysis.-Administration & reporting.Achievements:-Developing a suite of online training courses for the ADF.Skills: -Educational Technology, Learning Design, Teacher Training, Coaching, Presenting, Sharepoint, Adele LMS.

Responsibilities:-Teaching exam language courses (Cambridge & IELTS) to multicultural classes of up to 20 adult students over 12 week courses.Classroom Duties: -Teaching, coaching adult learners, managing students, facilitating intercultural awareness, acting as point of contact for students during their time at the school, supporting, assisting and advising students new to Australia.Other Duties: -Preparing classes and exams, assessing student presentations, delivering feedback, monitoring student progress, writing reports, maintaining student records and assisting management with course development.
