• Promote key skills and initiatives to increase placements and provide support and insight across the Account Management Team• Train and mentor new and junior Account Executives

• Establish and cultivate long-term, effective partnerships with staffing decision-makers and unit managers/directors to gain in-depth knowledge of facility and their needs.• Act as the central point of contact for all client relations with a base of 350+ contracted facilities.• Present interested candidates to facilities, facilitate the interview process and receive/confirm offers and placements.

• Market and promote our candidates effectively through consistent, creative and prompt communication with our contracted facilities.• Inform and educate the recruitment team on client needs, market trends and successful placement practices.

• Find and place temporary travel nurse contracts through cold-calling, email marketing, database sourcing and referrals.• Build lasting relationships with prospective candidates to encourage placements, extensions and generate referrals.
