CurrentHaving now worked within the company for over 5 years, I have continued to showcase my skills by showing my adaptability to go into many accounts to identify the business needs and work effectively to achieve a favorable outcome- Some of my duties involve:• Facilitating cross site/cross Line of Business consistency of regulatory processes, such as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).• Carrying out risk based process audits and prepare clear report which would include . supporting account teams in customer or Third party audits around contract obligations. I do this by helping teams understand audit questionnaires, support collection RFI data and conduct internal pseudo tests to check audit readiness • Pre-Hire checks including Right to Work, DBS, Credit Check and all legally required and client required documentation• Contract Analysis – Reading the customer contracts and identifying core obligations, deliverables from the contract and understanding the criticality of same and then spread awareness around the same with various stakeholders responsible for executing those.• Providing and ensuring that an Engagement Handover is performed when a new account goes live; by engaging with relevant stakeholders to gather the required information to present a PowerPoint that provides a clear overview. • Providing a contract readout or contract review when an account goes from Work At Risk to Signed Statement of work to ensure that all key deliverables are met and that the team are set up for success from the very beginning. I am truly passionate about helping account teams succeed by putting myself forward to purpose new ideas/improve processes and having a good character so that I am approachable to offer assistance wherever possible.
