Responsible for maintaining Institutional Contracts in Model N. Generates and runs SQL and BW data queries to provide Account Representatives will valuable sales analytics. Created/maintains Microsoft BI dashboards for Institutional Contracts Channel Sales.

Ensures timely and accurate payment of rebate for Non-Strategic customers for both Commercial and Part D, in addition to payments for Specialty, LTC and Trade rebate customers and contracts. Reviews and analyzes the results of rebate calculations and identifies and reports status and exceptions.

Investigate and resolve wholesaler chargeback disputes by using Model N and SAP. Proactively analyze chargeback data to uncover issues, identify trends, and to develop and propose potential solutions. Develop shortcuts in the Model N system to increase productivity. Write and test scripts during Model N upgrades and performance testing. Act as one of the IT team's primary contacts during User Acceptance Testing (UAS) and when addressing system bugs and glitches.
