Managed a staff of four administering all payroll, benefits, safety, training, and staffing functions in a union environment. Served as onsite counsel to building management on all personnel, labor and legislative issues. Participated as a member of the company bargaining committee in labor negotiations and in effects bargaining and directly managed a 15 month phased building closure and total workforce RIF.
