Coaching and introducing students from East Cork primary schools to rugby teaching them new skills and the rules of rugby.

• Asssistant Sports Performance Analyst for the LA Giltinis for the 2022 MLR Season working closely with Head Performance Analyst, Academy Head Coach and Gilitnis Scrum Coach along with all senior coaching staff. Below were my roles and responsibilities for the 2022 season:• Film and code all senior skill, units and team rugby sessions using Hudl Sportscode.• Analyse forwards set piece from training and matches and present analysis in team meetings.• Prepare presentations with scrum coach for units meetings.• Film home senior match day games in the MLR • Code specific statistics from senior matches and present it to head analyst to be used in team meetings.• Film all academy games for the season.• Code all statistics for academy games and present to academy team and academy head coach.• Code specific academy players involvements in academy games and present it to senior captain and academy head coach.• Provide weekly reports of opposition roster and present it in team meetings.• Weekly opposition analysis of opponent defence and set-piece and present it in team meetings and to head analyst.• Analysis of specific players from opposition.• Recording of all team and units meetings.• Assistance with team strength and conditioning sessions.• Assistance with injured players rehab sessions.• Work with all coaching staff to prepare presentation for daily team meetings.
