1 Army Training Regiment, Pirbright

In the role of Troop Commander, I led a small team of Senior and Junior Non-Commissioned Officers, to deliver Basic Military Training to recruits at the start of their Army careers. Key responsibilities in this role included managing the range of qualifications amongst the training team to ensure the effective and appropriate delivery of the syllabus.

16 Medical Regiment, 16 Air Assault Brigade

Upon commissioning, and after completing my 'Special to Arm' training, I took command of a Medical Troop consisting of 30+ soldiers comprising of combat medics, doctors, paramedics and nurses. In barracks, my role consisted of planning Troop activity up to 18 months ahead, maintaining the competencies of medics within the Troop, planning and organising.

Royal Military Academy Sandhurst

Completed the 44 week Commissioning Course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. This involved a wide range of subjects from military skills, tactics, fitness, planning and leadership.
