I work solely on an application called MissionTracker that enables homeless shelters to manage their clients, volunteers, and staff. I develop features, customization, and reports to meet our client's needs.

• Enter guest data efficiently and accurately for reservations• Carry out monetary transactions utilizing the Property Management System• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, in person and on the phone• Employ problem solving skills when accommodating guests

• Design and stock displays to improve the customer’s experience• Verify and correct prices with electronic pricing gun• Engage and assist all customers who may have a variety of questions or requests

• Accommodate all needs of the tester based on their disability• Complete various paperwork and office tasks to prepare for each student• Ensure the security of all exam materials both before and after exam

Assist children in the fourth and sixth grade complete their homework, encourage and also perform healthy activities with the children, communicate with other proctors and AmeriCorps members to provide for the students
