About Conor Wynn

For over 25 years I've been helping clients implement strategy, and what's always fascinated me is why people behave as they do around power at work. The search for insight took me from an MBA to an MA in Sociology, to a PhD in Behavioural Science where I research and publish.My work focuses on the behavioural aspects of governance in project-based organisations. I do this by understanding the drivers of decision-making behaviour and designing governance structures to influence them. My focus is on getting to value quickly by solving practical business problems through capability build and structure change.
