I have worked in the brewing industry since 1991 in various roles, beginning my career with GEA Process Technology and moving to Diageo Global Supply. I have spent most of my career in Engineering, occasionally moving across into Production, Brewing Technology, Science & Technology, Programme Management and New Product Development.As an Engineer, I have worked in process plant design and construction, service contracts & key account management, plant maintenance & lean manufacturing, standards development & innovation and in the last five years leading the Capital Investment Programme for Diageo Supply in Ireland.
