I am a China-focused management professional, with more than thirteen years spent working in and leading cross-functional teams, primarily in the field of manufacturing. I'm both linguistically and culturally fluent, and my work experience has primarily covered the fields of consumer electronics, housewares, optoelectronics and electrical components. I've had the full breadth of the Chinese manufacturing and product experience - from working for a Fortune 500 OEM/ODM factory to setting up and running a small purchasing/trading office to managing a team selling complex engineered solutions to Chinese ODMs and OEMs. I specialize in China operations, international sales and marketing team management, as well as building and running multi-functional teams for export and manufacturing-focused companies. I also have extensive experience in P&L and cross-cultural team management.
