I led the operational launch for the new payments platform across the UK & US. Managed change within all departments of the foreign exchange line of business, specifically within operational processes, ensuring compliance and legal standards were met. I was trained in Agile where I used this to ensure business continuity and to maintain stakeholder buy-in. I also worked on payment processing transformations for local and foreign currency exchange between banks.

This team supported Business-to-Business products across 9 European markets.Lead CPP tasks included managing escalations, payrolI, overtime and holiday requests, scheduling on/offline time for all staff as well as being part of the interview and review panel for potential new recruits. I created a training package for new starters that trained them in Call Handling & Email and Case Management, along with knowledge of our products, services and processes.

This was a back office data entry role. I was in charge of overseeing multiple inboxes for client and merchant queries, for over twenty products across 11 European Markets. I was also involved in case creation and data quality checks for the emails queries.

I was a Customer Service Advisor for a call centre team supporting the English and German language markets. This included email and telephone enquiries across a range of PC and Gaming peripheral products and home security systems. This gave me great confidence in handling calls, servicing customers and increasing my German fluency from A Level to Business standard.

Various - Ni & Roi

This was an internship for university students through Primark/Penneys where I assisted a Health & Safety officer in performing store audits, giving each location a score and a list of improvements whilst communicating with the staff on the floor the importance of their training. This role involved travelling to various stores across ROI & NI, as well as completing projects and research in my own time.
