The result is Black Twist - an award-winning spirit drink crafted by slowly cold brewing single origin coffee in Irish whiskey. Black Twist's unique taste profile and positioning redefine the possibilities for coffee-themed alcohol drinks.Prior to establishing Black Twist, I worked across product development, technical and commercial functions within the food & drinks industry, where I have been fortunate enough to work closely with some major international brands and their end consumers. Some personal achievements include a Div B Football County title with Clashmore/Kinsalebeg GAA and successfully circumnavigating Iceland during winter in a Toyota Yaris.
