Working with a long-standing East LA nonprofit to help low-income communities access state and federal funding for energy efficiency and home improvement, weatherization, and utility assistance. Omnichannel, bilingual marketing and outreach efforts; website development; content creation; coordinating and supervising event staff; maintaining and growing a team of several staff members; consultant coordination; drafting contractual language and liasing with government agencies; and operational efficiency.

I worked to establish standard operating procedures with a youth mental health focus. I managed contract legal teams to develop contracts, NDAs, and patent applications. I helped establish HR protocol and systems, including recruiting, onboarding, dismissal and grievance procedures, while also handling core accounting responsibilities.
