With over 6 years experience in financial services/ banking, I hold strong skills in financial planning, compliance, mortgages, and lending. I have a demonstrated background in leadership and operational risk management. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service (having won the compliance & customer service award in 2023 from CM). building trust and rapport and finding innovative solutions. I am always eager to learn new things and expand my knowledge in the financial industry.
